The way you used the head's anatomy that then flows in to a unraveling mane of sort's, is nicely done. The warm base with black as defining the features is comely used, but very good if done right. As well as highlighting the inside of the mouth with purple, instead of making it all black like the ring around it gives it depth and a nice finish.
